The aim of our event is to raise funds for supporting Heart Disease Survivors as well as vital research in the field, and to raise awareness that heart disease can affect each and every one of us: from the unborn child to teenager, athletic man or seemingly healthy woman, heart disease is a silent killer which does not discriminate. To emphasize this aspect, all of our models are everyday people and most will have a form of heart disease or have experienced the loss of loved ones to it.

The evening promises great entertainment surprises from Maria Stutt and her Cloud Aerial Arts performers, the talented Mancunian musician Taylor Jackson & Band, and AMC Gospel Chorale directed by Audrey Mattis, as well as a unique fashion evening set in the exquisite venue Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester.

The theme of the event will be red, edgy, urban and sophisticated!

The Ramp Up the Red campaign - one of BHF's biggest fundraising campaigns - aims to encourage everyone to go as red as they dare to help fight heart disease. The campaign has the full support of Manchester City Footbal Club, especially Gael Clichy who has agreed to go red with Michelle White - one of BHF's key ambassadors and team HPE member - and her son Deniro for an exclusive photo shoot.

We would like to say a special thank you to all the designers who have agreed to participate in this event, our models, hair &make-up artists, photographers & videographers, the venue, all the exhibitors and sponsors who have kindly donated their time, effort and resources to the Ramp Up the Red Dinner & Fashion Show and the cause it fights for!

The British Heart Foundation(BHF)'s work has been central to the discoveries of vital treatments that are changing the fight against heart disease and transformed the lives of people living with heart and circulatory conditions. But so many people still need our help!
